I had 2 of these and they didn't make any difference for my Town (I assuming 0.8 was marked downwards into the hellish depths of the World Beyond the Dessert Dunes of Sandy Beaches, Mirages and Oases in the Morning Glorious, how are you doing tonite, want a bite of mah hooman??).
