Make it Rain!

I'm pretty sure it always gives 5 Water Ration Water Rations to the well per soul if used outside the gates, but I'm unsure about the number of zombies killed per soul. I think it's 5-6 zombies. Healing cost

As a Shaman I have just tried to heal one citizen from being terrorised and got a message that 2 (shamanism points) are needed instead of as it is now stated on the page.
