Make it rain is an active hero ability only available to the Shaman Shaman.

When outside in the World Beyond World Beyond (including Town Gates Town Gates), with a Weak Soul Weak Soul in his or her Inventory Inventory and 1 , a Shaman Shaman can choose to Make it rain, consuming 1 Weak Soul Weak Soul and 1 .

If this is done outside the Town Gates Town Gates, 5 rations of water is added to The Well The Well.
