• Ophiophagus trouser is a fake scientific name using binomial nomenclature. In zoology, the first word of the scientific name is the species' genus, which in this case is Ophiophagus. In real life, the King Cobra (Ophiophagus hannah) is the only species within this genus. The name Ophiophagus trouser therefore suggests that this Huge Snake is indeed a large, venomous trouser snake. And you want to eat that?
