Chaos

Chaos Mode occurs when the town is on the brink of devastation and is therefore in complete and utter chaos.Chaos Mode is triggered when less than 10 people survive through the night. It is triggered at midnight and lasts until everyone in town dies. Chaos mode has various effects:

• Bank lock is alleviated (or limit increases?).
• Up to 3 rations of water can be taken from the well.
• Shunned are allowed to access the bank (confirm).
• All citizens can hide their belongings in the World Beyond.
• All citizens can search the town's waste (confirm).
