Used this today. With 0/6 AP, zapped myself, got a Head Wound but was restored to 5/5 (not 6/5). Used the 5 AP, tried using it again, wouldn't let me due to the Wound. After using a bandage, I was able to use it a second time, and it restored my AP to the same 5/5 again. I don't know where the declining benefits of "then 3, then 3, then 2..." came from. I'm going to assume it always Wounds you, unless someone uses it and confirms it did not Wound them. --Terion 09:13, 7 January 2011 (PST)
