This is a direct result from an Injury(Wounded) You have a 50% chance each night to die!
The only cure for the Infected status is a drug called Paracetoid 7g
If you are infected and injured then even if you use a Parecetoid you will become infected the next day if you do not use a Bandage to cure your wound!
