With this skill you can to send global messages, in your messages tab there will be added a "Write to everybody" tab:
You can also start RP -threads, when you have created an RP Thread you can Edit out post you don't like.
This doesn't really delete the post but it hides it in some sort of a Spoiler tag called "Edite", when you roll over that you can still see the original message.
