Incomplete Deck of Cards

Playing with the deck of cards can give an extra when drawing an ace, or the card listing the rules of the game. Can be used once a day. There is also a chance that the card player is Terrified Terrorised after drawing the card (confirmation needed - possibly 1 in 54 chance?) with the message that the card they drew had their name on it written in blood.
