Bring Drunk at midnight.
Effect
If you have a 
Hungover, you cannot drink Alcohol until the following day. Because you always have a Hungover the day after being 
Drunk, you can only benefit from Alcohol every other day.
Removal
Status is removed automatically at midnight.
