Drinking your water ration will quench your thirst when you're in the World Beyond. This will refresh you, and more importantly, your action points once per day.

Note that in-game the item will appear identical to Water Ration Water Ration, the altered image and name are to distinguish the items on the wiki only.

This ration has been poisoned by someone with a Vial of Poison Vial of Poison. Drinking it will result in instant death. Due to it being a separate item it will not stack with normal rations, and cannot be used in weapons, watering the dead or construction.
