After using all your AP, you will gain this status. You won't be able to do anything that consumes AP until you either Drink some water, eat some food, take some drugs or drink some alcohol.

Causes
Having 0/6 AP (0/5 if Wounded).
Effects
You will not be able to perform any AP-consuming actions.
Scout and Scavenger Heroes will not see information about adjacent zones while Exhausted.
