A permanent defense building that is expensive in terms of Water Rations and Pharmaceutical Products, but provides a decent amount of defense points in return. Construction requires finding the appropriate 
Construction Blueprint (uncommon) first.

Why did nobody think of this before? Instead of wasting your time on personal hygiene, use your soap to make the town walls slippery. Combined with the Zombie Grater, it's ideal, except for the "noise."
