Note that in-game the item will appear identical to
Open Can, the altered image and name are to distinguish the items on the wiki only.
This can of food has been secretly poisoned by someone with a
Vial of Poison! It looks the same, smells the same, and probably tastes the same, but eating it will result in instant death. Be careful with this around you...
Found
- Poisoning an
Open Can with a
Vial of Poison.
- You have assembled
Open Can by combining
Vial of Poison and
Open Can. --- Warning! You have poisoned the
Open Can! It is now almost impossible to distinguish from a safe one, so be careful... It's up to you to do with it what you feel is "fair".'
Uses
- Eating will cause instant death.
Notes
- In Season 6:
Open Can was given
Guard Weapon attributes, but the
Open Can (poisoned) was not. This makes them no longer identical in appearance.
- In Season 11:
-
Open Can (poisoned) now provide 2 watchmen points. - Due to it being a separate item (different id) from an
Open Can, these will not stack with each other in the
The Bank. - External map applications such as From Dusk Till Dawn register item by their ids, so they can distinguish between normal and poisoned items on the ground or in the
The Bank.
Open Can (poisoned) cannot be used in a Kitchen, whereas a normal
Open Can can be used as an ingredient.
