Causes
A Citizen is Drunk when they drink an entire bottle of Liquor in one draw. Try this at home, kids!
Effects
- Searching will be significantly penalized.
- Notes that you intended for one Citizen may accidentally be sent to another.
- Until the next day, any posts they make on the Forum may be subject to slurred, babbling interjections.
- The next day, the Citizen will have a Hangover.
Important note: While a Citizen is Drunk, they cannot drink any more Alcohol. They can, however, gain the benefits of Food, Water, or Drugs if they haven't yet that day.
