Dehydration is a dangerous status when in the desert. When thirst is left untreated for too long, a citizen will become Dehydrated Dehydrated!, which puts them on Death's Door.

Cause

• Dehydration is encountered any time a Citizen goes to sleep Thirsty Thirsty, while not also Refreshed Refreshed.
• Traveling through 11 zones in the desert while thirsty also triggers dehydration.

Effect

• If a citizen goes to sleep Dehydrated, they will die that night.
• Continuing to stagger through 11 desert zones while Dehydrated will also result in their death.

Removal

• Taking Hydratone 100mg Hydratone 100mg will upgrade the Dehydrated! Dehydrated! status to Thirsty Thirsty, and also adds the Drugged Drugged status.
• Drinking a Water Ration Water Ration will upgrade the Dehydrated! Dehydrated! status to Thirsty Thirsty
  • Note: The Water Ration Water Ration will not recover any if it is drunk while Dehydrated! Dehydrated!
  • It will give the message: "You greedily gulp down your ration of water, without tasting it in the least... Your throat still burns as much, but at least you aren't dehydrated anymore..."
