You are thirsty... This happens in the morning if you haven't drank the night before, or if you've been walking in the desert for a long time...

Thirst is a reality of life in a zombie-infested desert. Whether through over-exertion or the simple lack of resources, eventually a citizen will become Thirsty Thirsty. Failing to treat this will cause them to become Dehydrated! Dehydrated!, which in turn leads to Death.

Cause

• If a citizen does not drink a Water Ration Water Ration / Purified Stagnant Water Purified Stagnant Water to gain the Refreshed Refreshed effect, the next day they will become Thirsty.
• If a citizen walks 11 squares in the desert without using a Water Ration Water Ration / Purified Stagnant Water Purified Stagnant Water, they will immediately become Thirsty. See the Zombie Survival Almanac for more information on how to avoid this.
  • The counter does not reset even if you return town and go out again. For example, if you walk 6 squares and return town. Walking 5 squares more will immediately "downgrade" your status.

Effect

If a citizen goes to sleep Thirsty Thirsty and also not Refreshed Refreshed, they will awaken the next day Dehydrated! Dehydrated!

Removal

• Taking Hydratone 100mg Hydratone 100mg will relieve thirst, but with no AP restoration and will cause you to become Drugged Drugged.
• Drinking a Water Ration Water Ration / Purified Stagnant Water Purified Stagnant Water will slake your thirst and recover 6 .
