Wonder Wheel
It is indeed a vast and beautiful creation, you've also sunk the best part of our resources into the damn thing, but for some reason you're proud of it. This wonder shines by the light of its uselessness alone: its construction earns a rare distinction for all the citizens in town.
Category	Buildings
Sub Category	Foundations
Blueprints Blueprint	Construction Blueprint (very rare!) very rare!
Parent building	Foundations Foundations
Action Points cost	300
Resource cost	Metal Support×5 Handful of nuts and bolts×5 Unshaped Concrete Blocks×3 Water Ration×20

(Probably) gives the wonder construction and wonder: wheel (?) distinctions when built.

Probably does nothing, much like the giant sandcastle.
