The Forum is a localized message board tool used by players for communication. Every town has a local forum called the Town Forum, which can only be accessed by residents of the town. There are also the World Forums, which can be viewed by all citizens, even those that are not incarnated on a town. However, only Heroes can reply or create threads. It consist of 3 sections, called Help, Discussions and Saloon.

Town Forum

The Town Forum is the primary means of communications for all players of a town, and plays a vital role in decisions that affect the whole community. It can be accessed by all citizens of the town , even by those that are in the Small world.gifSmall world.gifWorld Beyond World Beyond. Citizens of a town can freely create new threads and reply to existing ones. The creator of a thread can lock his/her thread to prevent new replies from being posted on it. It can be done at any time and it is an irreversible action.

There exist four basic threads called Important Threads. These are always on the top and have a blue outline. They are called Item metal beam.gifItem metal beam.gifConstruction Sites Construction Sites, The Small refine.gifSmall refine.gifWorkshop Workshop, Item chest citizen.gifItem chest citizen.gifThe Bank The Bank and Small city up.gifSmall city up.gifBuilding upgrades Building upgrades, and are made for community discussion of those projects. They cannot be locked, and using them for other purposes is always discouraged.

By checking a box when creating a new thread, the player can mark the thread as a Call of Help. This feature is useful for making distress calls in case a player is trapped outside or needs supplies. When the player leaves the zone in which they requested for help, the thread is automatically locked.
