Contrary to the description Manipulator doesn't actually allow you to delete register entries, instead it obscures them leaving clear evidence of the tampering. Can be used 2 times in a single game, or 4 once Treachery Treachery is unlocked. Zone registers in the world beyond cannot be tampered with.
