Introduction
The advancement of a town depends on the construction of a shabby workshop full of nondescript clutter. It is a pre-requisite for the construction of other more advanced buildings.
If your town has a Hacksaw, using it can reduce APs required for conversion in the Workshop. There are 3 simple rules:
- Don't forget to take a Hacksaw with you before converting anything at the Workshop.
- Return the Hacksaw to the Bank after using it.
- Don't spend your points on opening Cans here, you can do it in your home for free using Hacksaw or some other tools.
