Food is used to restore AP. You can get food from a Doggy Bag, or by finding it in the World Beyond.

Food

One food item can be eaten per day.

Water

One water ration can be drunk per day. Further water rations drunk can remove the dehydrated or thirsty status, but will not restore AP.

Alcohol

inflicts the Drunk status on you. The next day, you will be Hungover and unable to drink any more alcohol.
