Notes
Upon construction, a special action is added to your house. The special action is called "Take a shower". Result of taking a shower is not yet known. It does not restore AP, there's no distinction for taking one, either. It is possible that taking a shower gets rid of terrorised status. It is also entirely possible that the shower does not do anything at all and constructing this building is a waste of AP.
A shower can only be taken once per day per person, apparently without any requirements. That fairly moves this action into one line with cleaning the uniform or around the house.
