You were involved in an atrocious event and are terrorised! You can no longer decide to stay in a Horde-controlled zone. If you are trapped, you will no longer be able to run away!
Category Status
Sub Category Mental

Fear is to be expected when confronting daily zombie attacks, while suffering shortages of food, water, and resources. When the fear catches up with you, some people will just not be able to cope...

Cause

Effect

  • You exert no control points. This means that encountering even one zombie in the World Beyond will cause you to become trapped unless someone comes to save you.
  • Attempting to do anything (except campsite improvements) within a zombie controlled zone results in the following message: "If you are gripped by terror, in the desert and surrounded by zombies you can't do anything... You need to find a drug or something else to calm your nerves and get out of this hellhole... At least it is still possible to call for help on the forum..."
    • You cannot fight zombies, even with weapons (e.g. Item grenade.gifItem grenade.gifWater Bomb Water Bomb, Item cutter.gifItem cutter.gifBox Cutter Box Cutter, animals).
    • You cannot flee the zone.
    • You cannot eat or drink, or otherwise use anything from your rucksack (exceptions include Item xanax.gifItem xanax.gifValium Shot Valium Shot and animals to kill zeds (confirm?))
    • (Heroes only) You cannot use your labradoodle, as this also classes as an item from your inventory.
      • You may still use heroic actions such as return, seeker and uppercut, though seeker is useless in this situation due to not being able to use any item you find (unless you have the upgraded seeker, in which case you can use the Item xanax.gifItem xanax.gifValium Shot Valium Shot).
  • When you try to leave a sector, you have a chance of not moving but still having used Small pa.gif. (?)
  • Messages on the forums and private messages are distorted.

Removal

Note: Valium is the only cure usable in the Small world.gifSmall world.gifWorld Beyond World Beyond.

Notes

  • Identifiable in any citizen's Small home.gifSmall home.gifHome Home by the rumor:
"can't sleep anymore and is babbling incoherently, talking of death, talking shadows and voices in their head..."
  • Previously called "Terrified".
  • You can get several "Terrorised!!" messages even you are terrorised before the attack. You can also see the exact number of zombies trying to devour you.
