Blurb

The military version of a gadget which builds muscle through bursts of electrical stimulation. It relieves tiredness and restores your action points, but causes massive trauma(even causing death in agonising pain).

Uses

• restore AP with it, but it removes one AP from your max AP, so if you have six max AP and use it on yourself, you get 5 AP and you have 5 max AP, and if you have 5 max AP then you get 4 AP and have 4 max AP
