Each day, the search tower allows objects to be found in zones which were previously deemed "depleted". It detects unusual meteorological phenomena occurring outside and notes which area has been affected in the Chronicle.

The Search Tower Searchtower is essential to any town, as it greatly increases the number of resources that can be found near the town.

Use

• Each day storms occur in one direction (with town as the central point). Each zone in this direction will individually have a low chance of undepleting(making Depleted Zones Depleted Zones become Scavenging Replenished Zones).
  • Buildings are treated separately from the zone they are in. Before the search tower is constructed the direction of the storms is unknown.
• Building the Search Tower reveals what direction today's storms occurred in, indicated by a statement in The News Corpse The News Corpse.
• Upgrading the tower via Building upgrades Building upgrades improves the chances of a zone replenishing.

• As of Season 2, the storms have a minimum distance of ~5km from town.(Confirm)
• In Season 4:
  • The resource cost increased to include Järpen Table×1.
    • This has greatly limited the chances of towns being able to build a Search Tower Searchtower.
• In Season 5:
  • The AP cost changed from 30 to 26.
