It's not every day you get to hit some quality drugs. All the same, the effects are nausea, trembling, cold sweats... But it gives you more of a boost than regular drugs (AP bonus received). Don't abuse it!
Notes
- The usage text does not mention the 2 bonus (in the way that a 7 food does say you gained 1 bonus ).
