External Map (sometimes called "D2NExtMap") is an external map site created by (???). Sometime during Season 3, the link to External Map was removed from Die2Nite because the site included a PayPal "Donate" button. However, the site is still fully functional.
Features
- Map (Each zone: items on ground, in-game map status, depletion status, AP and KM away from town)
- "Options" allows for custom-colored borders to be shown for custom amounts of AP and KM.
- Town stats (items in bank, defence breakdown, building upgrades and history of upgrades, water breakdown, predicted attack, buildable constructions etc)
- Citizen info (location, profession, distinctions, soul points)
- Distinctions are broken down into "Goodness" (things like zombies killed, AP used on construction, forum posts, heroic actions, generosity, excavations, etc.) and "Badness" (hangings, banishments, deaths by dehydration)
- There is also a "Global complaints" feature, where any citizen can anonymously "complain" against another citizen, whether they're in town or not.
- Text of all the towns' Gazettes.
- "History" feature, shows the map and stats for all previous days of the town.
