Effects on the Player
I thought that by becoming 
Refreshed you automatically lose the 
Thirsty status. That is you cannot have the status of Thirsty and Refreshed at the same time. I will confirm tomorrow as I will become Thirsty during tonight's attack.
- You can be Thirsty and Refreshed at the same time by taking 12 steps in the World Beyond after drinking water. Your thirst does not worsen, but you are made thirsty and will remain so the next day. ~~
If you drink while 
Dehydrated! you become Thirsty and do not gain any Action Points
