The Forum is a localized message board tool used by players for communication. Every town has a local forum called the Town Forum, which can only be accessed by residents of the town. There are also the World Forums, which can be viewed by all citizens, even those that are not incarnated on a town. However, only Heroes can reply or create threads. It consist of 3 sections, called Help, Discussions and Saloon.
Town Forum
The Town Forum is the primary means of communications for all players of a town, and plays a vital role in decisions that affect the whole community. It can be accessed by all citizens of the town , even by those that are in the 
World Beyond. Citizens of a town can freely create new threads and reply to existing ones. The creator of a thread can lock his/her thread to prevent new replies from being posted on it. It can be done at any time and it is an irreversible action.
