The Crow is a british administrator on die2nite. It locks posts in the forums.[1]
Certain automated messages in the game appear to be sent by the Crow. These include messages relating to complaints received against you, thefts from your home and the sticky topics in the town forum.
Automated Messages
These messages are automatically sent to your house when a certain event has occured.
Robbery!
Apparently, one of your fellow citizens really liked the contents of your inventory... Someone has pinched your:

steals something while you're not in town.
