Let's face it. Sometimes you just need to take the edge off. So you pour a little kick into your coffee. Who cares? Your boss has been dead for a month and your spouse is milling around somewhere outside, all rotting flesh and bones and hungry, hungry jaws.

Causes
A Citizen becomes Drunk when they drink an entire bottle of Liquor in one draw. Try this at home, kids!
Effects
- Searching will be significantly penalized.
- Notes intended for one Citizen may accidentally be sent to another.
- Until the next day, any posts made on the Forum may be subject to slurred, babbling interjections.
- The next day, the Citizen will have a Hungover instead of being
Drunk.
Important note: While a Citizen is Drunk, they cannot drink any more Alcohol. They can, however, gain the benefits of Food, Water, or Drugs if they haven't yet that day.
