Let's face it. Sometimes you just need to take the edge off. So you pour a little kick into your coffee. Who cares? Your boss has been dead for a month and your spouse is milling around somewhere outside, all rotting flesh and bones and hungry, hungry jaws.

Causes
A Citizen is Drunk when they drink an entire bottle of Liquor in one draw. Try this at home, kids!
Effects
When a Citizen is Drunk, they are immediately replenished to 6 AP. Until the next day, any posts they make on the Forum may be subject to slurred, babbling interjections. The next day, that Citizen will be Hungover.
Important note: While a Citizen is Drunk, they cannot drink any more Alcohol. They can, however, gain the benefits of Food, Water, or Drugs if they haven't yet that day.
