The night hordes are the undead that amass outside the gates and swarm the town at night. Their numbers either steadily increase each day, or will jack-jump up to hope-crushing heights. Citizens who die outside during the night will be added to the horde. There are actions available while the horde is attacking, doing these actions refresh the page until the attack is over. The amount of zombies that make it into town works like this: Horde Numbers - Defense Numbers = Undead who make it inside. If the gate is left open however, then the defenses will not matter and the horde will swoop in the town full numbers.

List of actions available during attack:

hug your rucksack

scream

wail like a banshee

grind your teeth

hug a broken guitar

cry nervously

scream and panic

hide behind the wreckage

hold the door

wait under the sheets

call for help

yell “help”

hide in a box

hide under the bed

wait calmly...

curl up in the fetal position

sing at the top of your voice, alone

pray for your life

clench your cheeks
