A toolbox is a heavy item that can be opened with a Box Cutter, Human Bone, Can Opener, Ektorp-Gluten Chair, Pathetic Penknife, Serrated Knife, Rusty Chain or Staff to give a variety of loot. You cannot, however, use a Hacksaw... that would just make too much sense.
