Water will contribute to AP once a day. More than one ration can be taken a day.

Food
Food can only be eaten once a day.

Can - not edible until opened with can opener, screwdriver, or in the workshop

Human Flesh - Adds to 'cannibalism' achievement.
• 
Meaty Bone - Adds to 'cannibalism' achievement. 50% chance of giving you the status 'Infected'
• 
Food Parcel - not edilbe until opened
• 
Doggy Bag - not edilbe until opened
• 
Suspicious-looking Vegetable - Can be made poisonous
Alcohol
Alcohol does not count as food nor water. It will give you the status drunk, and make you talk funny in the forums. It cannot be taken two days in a row.

Vodka Marinostov - Gives you the status 'drunk'
• 
'Wake The Dead' - Gives you the status 'drunk'
