Cause

A Citizen becomes Fed Fed when they consume any Food Item.

Effect

While a Citizen is Fed Fed, they cannot gain any further by eating more Food. They can, however, gain the benefits of Water, Alcohol, or Drugs if they haven't yet that day.

Removal

Status is removed automatically at midnight.
