A Citizen becomes Fed when they consume any Food Item.
Effects
Important note: While a Citizen is Fed, they cannot gain any further AP by eating more Food. They can, however, gain the benefits of Water, Alcohol, or Drugs if they haven't yet that day.
Ends
Status is removed automatically at midnight.
