You have eaten today. An additional food ration won't allow you to restore any more 
today.
Causes
A Citizen is Fed when they consume any Food Item.
Effects
When a Citizen is Fed, they are immediately replenished to 6 AP. If the Food was poisoned, the Citizen will die.
Important note: While a Citizen is Full, they cannot gain any further AP by eating more Food. They can, however, gain the benefits of Water, Alcohol, or Drugs if they haven't yet that day.
